Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, we have three shipping plans to choose from: Flat shipping at $7.99, Express shipping at $8.99, and Next-day shipping at $12.99.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel goes missing in transit and the correct address was supplied at checkout:
A credit or replacement can only be issued once the parcel is officially declared lost
Olindras cannot be held responsible for lost parcels where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
Address Errors
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot override or change the delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before your parcel is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been packed and is ready to dispatch, you will receive a tracking email sent to the email address used at checkout.
If you cannot find your tracking email:

✔ Log into your Olindras customer account to view your order status
✔ Use the shipping timeframes as a guide for when your parcel should arrive
Multiple Shipments
To keep delivery fast and efficient, your order may be sent in multiple parcels depending on warehouse location or stock availability.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on your country and will be calculated at checkout.
Peak Production Periods
Please note that during major international public holidays, many of our international suppliers, factories, and fulfilment centres temporarily close or operate with reduced capacity.
During these periods:
- Production may pause or slow
- Processing times may be extended beyond normal estimates
- Dispatch and delivery times may be delayed
- Backorder and preorder items may take longer than expected
These delays are outside of Olindras’s control and affect many global brands and courier networks.
